And here I go…

I am a planner by nature. And I love to travel. And I love food. By extension, I love planning our travel. I do comprehensive research, create detailed itineraries, and put a lot of time into planning. I thoroughly enjoy the process. And I’ve been told that I do a pretty good job!

I am a SAHM, and my littles aren’t so little anymore. They have their own lives and don’t need me as much. One by one, they are flying or at least spreading their wings, and “retirement” is quickly approaching. I’ve thrown the blog idea around for a while. As my middle one is wrapping up his college application process, I’ve decided to take the plunge, put myself out there and share what I love.

This tech/blog business is all new to me. I am sure it’s going to start a little rough. The first two posts, San Jose del Cabo and Costa Rica happened a year and eight months ago. They won’t be as detailed as I hope future posts will be. Ideally, the posts for our upcoming trips will reflect more of what I want to share with you.

This may end up being an online foodie travel journal for me. Someone out there may find it inspirational or helpful. I hope for the latter. If you find it useful, please let me know. If you have constructive feedback, share that too - be kind. And if you have questions about travel planning or a specific location (we’ve traveled a lot before I decided to start blogging), shoot me an email, and I’ll try to help.

So….here I go. I hope you can join me as I journey through 7 continents and infinite foods.
